By creating an account, accessing, or using TeachTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TeachTools is a web-based platform that helps educators create worksheets, quizzes, lesson plans, rubrics, and other educational materials using AI-powered generation tools.

Note on Content Redistribution: You may use generated materials in your classroom and share them with students and colleagues. However, you may not package and resell TeachTools-generated content as a commercial product (e.g., selling worksheet bundles on TeachersPayTeachers).
TeachTools offers a monthly subscription plan at $29/month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You can pause your subscription at any time from your account settings. When paused:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
If your payment method fails, we will attempt to contact you and retry billing. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to read-only mode.
You own the content you generate using TeachTools. This includes worksheets, quizzes, lesson plans, and other materials.
By using the service, you grant TeachTools a limited, non-exclusive license to:

TeachTools uses AI (via OpenAI's API) to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TeachTools shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
Before initiating arbitration, please contact us at support@teachtools.co to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeachTools.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign these Terms. TeachTools may assign these Terms to a successor or affiliate.
