Instructions:

1. Divide the class into 3 or 4 teams and give each team a shuffled pack of 'President Cards' (containing names, portraits, and their number, e.g., 1st, 16th, 44th). 2. Place a long strip of masking tape on the floor for each team to serve as their timeline axis. 3. On the signal 'Hail to the Chief!', one student from each team at a time must run to their timeline and place one card in the correct chronological spot. 4. Students then run back to tag the next teammate. 5. To add a twist, include 'Fact Cards' (e.g., 'I signed the Emancipation Proclamation') that must be matched to the correct President on the timeline. 6. The first team to have all their Presidents in the correct order with matching facts wins the 'Commander-in-Chief' badge!

Duration: 15-20 minutes
